It introduces and illustrates many of the tools and techniques for the “Collect Requirements” process that are presented in the Fifth Edition of the PMBOK Guide. Students will learn the key planning activities for requirements gathering, and will move on to elicitation techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, document review, and surveys.
