Foundations of PMI's PMBOK

The Foundations of PMI's PMBOK course is a perfect course if you are looking to explore the fundamentals of project management and to prepare you to become a Project Management Professional (PMP®). This intensive three-day course provides an overview of PMI's project management framework and covers in depth the first four knowledge areas as presented in the Project Management Institute's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) 5th edition.
