The Project Management Professional (PMP)  Exam Preparation - Part 1 course includes the foundations of PMI's PMBOK 6th Edition courseware. This intensive 3-day course provides detailed knowledge of the PMBOK framework, the first 4 knowlegde areas, and the Agile equivalent. Students will learn to apply project management processes to successfully plan and execute projects while discussing case studies and completing class exercises.
